Simran Suvarna is a solicitor at Lewis Family Lawyers, admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2025. She graduated from Macquarie University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (with a Major in Criminology and Minor in Psychological Science).

Simran has also recently completed her Practical Legal Training through the College of Law, achieving a Distinction average, and brings a strong academic foundation to her legal practice.

She is deeply passionate about Family Law, particularly the process of guiding clients through emotionally challenging periods such as relationship breakdowns and ensuring the best interests of any children that may be involved.

With a focus on compassion and empathy, Simran is committed to providing legal assistance of the highest quality to help clients make informed decisions throughout the course of their Family Law matters.

A moment that stuck with Simran – “It was my first time watching my Supervising Principal at an internship listen to and advise a very vulnerable client regarding their Family Law Matter. She did so with the utmost empathy and care, but simultaneously with clarity, assuring her that she would help her to the very best of her ability. It reminded me of how empathy can be a significant strength in the legal profession and solidified my desire to use my knowledge to advocate for others.”
